The latest issue of Biodiesel Smarter has a short-yet-fascinating article from Jason Burroughs of DieselGreen Fuels, detailing some of his trials and tribulations with the EPA (and business competition) there in Austin.
Definitely worth a read if you're interested in community/small business/regulatory dynamics.

It's a great article to read! Anyone who gets involved with biodiesel and other things involving dangerous chemicals, road taxes etc... should read it and think a bit about what their doing to make sure they don't get into trouble.
